PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a damage prevention and a safety of a cable and to remove and insert a board for a short time by separately operating each handle portion to return each wire and separately closing each clamping portion by imparting an elastic force from an elastic member to clamp each board grasp. SOLUTION: Each clamping portion 1, 2 being in the opened state is disposed corresponding to each board grasp 101, 101. Each wire 7, 8 is returned to an original state by separately releasing each handle portion 3, 4 and each clamping portion 1, 2 is separately closed to clamp each board grasp 101, 101. A user pulls a board drawing and inserting jig toward a direction that a board 100 is removed from a tester frame. Thereby, the board 100 is removed from the frame. Accordingly, a cable damage of the board and an injury of finger and hand is prevented and a working time required for removing and inserting the board is inhibited to the minimum.
