PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press-fit a resin member projection without shaving it and to ensure a mounting strength without generating a shaving by adding a bent to a tip end of a reverse claw shape provided on a sheet metal member and bonding it to the resin member projection. SOLUTION: An engaging portion of a sheet metal member is press-fitted to a projection provided on a resin member. Firstly, since a base portion 15I is abutted to a chamfer and is press-inserted thereto without abutting to an edge of an end surface of the sheet metal and a rake angle 31 of a tip end face 15g is a negative angle and large, a shaving is not generated. Since an edge portion 15f of the sheet metal member is bitten and fixed to a side surface of the projection after completion of press-insertion, a fixing strength can be ensured. An immediately front surface 15g in an advancing direction of the edge 15f becomes a negative face of a cutting blade. Namely the face 15g has a negative face.
