PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for intermittent coating with which unevenness of the supply amount is scarcely caused at the time of starting the supply of a liquid and to provide an intermittently coating apparatus with which unevenness of the coating thickness is scarcely caused. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a piston 14 comprising a valve element 15 composed of a valve member 15a and a disk plate 15b, a valve seat 12 whose liquid path is closed by the valve element 15, and a cylinder 13 for moving the piston 14 and is so constituted as to make the valve element 15 movable in the longitudinal direction of the axial center in relation to the piston in a two-way valve for supplying or stopping a coating liquid.
