PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy storage and good portability and prevent the intrusion of moisture and chill by easying the unevenness of the ground surface by making a sleeping bag with a frame formed into the shape of a box by being filled with air, a cover installed on the upper face of the frame, a pillow connected to the frame, and a roof connected to the pillow. SOLUTION: When using an air-filled sleeping bag, outside air is poured into the bag through an air inlet using an air pump, etc., to expand a frame 10, a pillow 30, and a roof 40. Then, a hook-and-loop fastener of a cover 20 is fastened to a hook-and-loop fastener 13 of the frame to complete the main body 1 of the sleeping bag. After forming the sleeping bag, a sheet such as a towel blanket is laid on the frame in summer time. In winter, another sleeping bag, etc., sold on the market is additionally used in this sleeping bag. Since the main body 1 of the sleeping bag has an air layer, the unevenness of the ground surface is eased, preventing the intrusion of moisture and chill. This sleeping bag is an integrated sleeping bag and tent, realizing easy storage and good portability and simple usage.
