PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a weakness from being imparted on a flange portion of an elastic body by axially moving a guide moving member at a return stroke while engaged with the elastic body. SOLUTION: When a second flange portion 52b is moved from the state that it is engaged with an inner surface of an outer cylinder 51 to a return direction, it is engaged with an outer cylinder engaging surface of a guide moving member. The second flange portion 52b engaged with the outer cylinder engaging surface moves a guide moving portion with own movement. The second flange portion 52b projected from a first end surface side of the outer cylinder 51 to the outside of the outer cylinder 51 is engaged with the outer cylinder engaging surface of the guide moving portion and a first end surface 51a of the outer cylinder 51. At this time, since a diameter of a guide surface of the guide moving member is larger than an outer diameter of the second flange portion 52b of the elastic pressure body 52, the second flange portion 52b of the elastic pressure body 52 is not deformed by the guide surface of the guide moving portion and a weakness is not imparted. A return force of an inner cylinder return rod 63 can be made smaller.
