PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely fix a round type garnish by the small number of fitting mandays and simple constitution, by constituting a turn fixing mechanism through providing and also locking a subbracket on a bracket and to a projection respectively, so as to fix the bracket in a whirl-stop condition. SOLUTION: An engaging hole part 7 is sufficiently fittably engaged with a projection 6, by aligning the positions of the engaging projection 9 of the projection 6 to the bumper inner side of a garnich 4, and the escape recess 10 of the inner edge of the engaging hole part 7 of a bracket 5. The positions of the recess 10 and the projection 9 are slipped to form the bracket 5 into a falling preventive condition from the projection 6 by turning the bracket 5 45 deg. to the projection 6. A subbracket 11 is fitted to the bracket 5 to be locked to the locking groove 21 of the projection 6, to fix the bracket 5 into the whirl- stop condition. The bracket 5 can be fixed into the whirl-stop condition, to be fittedly fixed to the garnish 4 wherein the bracket 5 surely fitted by a fitting materials 1 is fitted into the hole 3.
