PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide releasable sheets and pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes which are flexible and excel in cushioning characteristics. SOLUTION: A releasable sheet 10 has a base material composed of a nonwoven fabric, at least one surface of which is coated with a reactive silicone resin and impregnated with the reactive silicone resin intensively in the surface layer 12 up to a depth of 200μm of the base material with an amount of coating of 5-50 g/m2 based on one coated surface. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 provided on the other surface of the releasable sheet. It is preferred to use a heat-fused nonwoven fabric as the base material.
