PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear-resistant sintered alloy having an improved wear resistance and a suppressed abrasiveness to a mating surface and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The whole composition of a wear-resistant sintered alloy is, by wt., 1.5 to 7.0% Co, 2 to 15% Mo, 1 to 8% Cr, 1 to 8% Ni, 0.5 to 7% W, 0.8 to 2.5% C, 0.01 to 2% Si, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The base composition is 2 to 15% Co, 2 to 10% Mo, <=3% Cr, <=5% Ni, <=3% W, 0.2 to 2% C, <=0.5% Si, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The composition of hard particles is <=2% Co, >20% to 28% Mo, 10 to 30% Cr, 8 to 30% Ni, 10 to 25% W, 0.5 to 5.0% C, 0.5 to 5.0% Si, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The hard particles disperse in the base by 2 to 40 wt.%.
