PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular article which has a high heat conductivity, an internal circumferential surface with a lowly restricted friction coefficient and an excellent performance as a fixed belt or the like. SOLUTION: This tubular article comprising a polyimide resin-based composition containing as the main component a polyimide resin, (A) a heat conductive inorganic filler and (B) a fluororesin powder, is characterized in that the article is composed of a tubular internal layer 11 in which a content ratio of component (A) is set to be 10-40 wt.% on the basis of the polyimide resin composition and that of component (B) is set to be 0.1-20 wt.% on the basis of the polyimide resin composition, and of a fluororesin coating layer 13 via an electrically conductive primer layer 12, formed on the external circumferential surface of the internal layer.
