PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture image formation device not to crease a photosensitive material on a drum. SOLUTION: A drum side of a guide plate 600 is made into a shape to be sucked into a drum 30 from a central part side in the cross direction of a photosensitive material P, on a picture image recording device having a carrier roller 21 to deliver the photosensitive material P from a roll and to carry it, the drum 30 to wind up the photosensitive material P on a circumferential surface while sucking it and a guide plate 600 provided between the carrier roller 21 and the drum 30 and to guide the photosensitive material P carried by the carrier roller 21 to the drum 30.
