PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity to secure a special space for storing a spare tire in a body lower space, and also extremely simplify the installation work of a spare tire carrier to the body. SOLUTION: Parallel links 7 are provided respectively to both the end parts of a mounting frame 6 attached to a body 2, a cargo mount 8 is elevatably supported by the parallel links 7, and a spare tire carrier 17 is fixed in the intermediate part of the mounting frame 6, thereby a spare tire 18 supported by the spare tire carrier 17 can be stored in a dead space between a pair of right and left parallel links 7.
