PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can automatically carry in/out a load cargo to/from a motor-truck without the existence of a lift and a conveyor by differentially sliding a plurality of floor plate members divided horizontally and vertically, and also arranging a carrying-out wall which is slid in synchronism with a floor surface slid. SOLUTION: An unloading device for a motor-truck comprises a floor slide part equipped with a hydraulic mechanism in which divided floor plate members are arranged on the roller of a load-carrying platform, more than one group is formed by a plurality of floor plate members, the floor plate members are freely slid per group by connecting a forwardly moving hydraulic cylinder, and a control box is provided which makes the hydraulic cylinder advance toward one direction while keeping time interval, and makes it retreat toward the opposite direction without time interval; a rack rod part: a lower feed mechanism part 30; an upper feed mechanism part 40; and a carrying-out wall 60.
