PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an E-mail and a letter using a network is provided to use the E-mail in an invitation card, a greeting card, and an official document necessary for a certain form or courtesy by transmitting the E-mail through the network and printing the received E-mail in a receiving place to be suitable for the certain form. CONSTITUTION: If E-mail information generation is completed using an E-mail information inputting software and E-mail information is transmitted from a transmission-side computer terminal, E-mail information is classified into E-mail receiver information, and E-mail content information and classified E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information are stored. E-mail receiver information is analyzed for selecting a random receiving station server located at the most near distance with an address of a corresponding receiver. Codes of E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information are converted for performing encryption. Encrypted E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information are transmitted to the receiving station server. Encrypted E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information are decrypted using the receiving station server. A transmission E-mail selection option is analyzed. In case that only an E-mail item is selected in the transmission E-mail selection option, E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information transmits to a receiver-side computer terminal according to on-line type. In case that only letter item is selected in the transmission E-mail selection option, E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information are printed and printed E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information are transmitted to an address of a corresponding receiver by off-line type. In case that the E-mail item and the letter item are selected in the transmission E-mail selection option, E-mail receiver information and E-mail content information are simultaneously transmitted to the receiver-side computer terminal and the address of the receiver by the on-line and off-line types.
