SOLUTION: In this turbo compressor 1 having an electric motor 2, a multi- stage radiator turbo compressor 3 and a common shaft 13, a housing 6 is formed by plural partial housings 6e, 6f, 6g, the partial housings are fixed and connected, the electric motor 2 is disposed in one partial housing 6f, the radial turbo compressor 3 is disposed in one partial housing 6e, 6g, an armature 2b of the electric motor 2 and a rotor of the radial turbo compressor 3 are connected to form a common shaft 13 through a connecting part 4, and the connecting part 4 is disposed between the armature 2b of the electric motor 2 and a compressor wheel-like member 3b.</p> |
