PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a correction value without relying on a pattern area rate meter by correcting the amount of ink flowing to the right/left for individual units of ink key presetting data and seeking the appropriate divergence of an ink key for a printed matter. SOLUTION: Data on a pattern area rate to an ink key zone is converted to the divergence of an ink fountain key 1 and further, the difference in the divergence between a right and a left ink key is calculated to correct the amount of ink. The divergence of the ink key, the influence to the amount of ink at the right/left of which is corrected based on the correction as described, is preset for the ink fountain key 1. In this case, when the difference in the divergence between the ink keys at the right/left is significant, the value of a pattern area is negative depending upon the case. Therefore, the value at which the divergence of the ink key is negative is distributed to the ink keys at the right/left. |
