SILENCER FOR AIR-CONDITIONING DUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencer for an air-conditioning duct which implements reduction in noise of a range from low frequency to high frequency and is compactly constituted. SOLUTION: In silencers for an air-conditioning duct interposed in a passage L of an air conditioning dust to reduce noise transmitted through the passage L, sound absorbing materials 2 are disposed in the passage L. Each sound absorbing materials 2 are provided with resonators 4 disposed at end portions and the inside thereof. The sound absorbing materials 2 absorb noise of high frequency and the resonators 4 reduce noise of low frequency to implement reduction in noise of wide frequency, while the silencers are compactly constituted.
