PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a member, wherein projections and depressions are formed at a jointing part, for simply and accurately forming the projections and depressions. SOLUTION: A probe 12 is closely arranged to a gear-like supporting roller 3, on the peripheral face of which projections and depressions are sequentially formed, so as to support both structural members 1, 1 in a thickness direction with the supporting roller 3 and insert the rotating probe 12 into an abutting part. Under this condition, the structural members are moved in a way that the abutting part sequentially passes through the probe 12, and a contact part in the structural members 1, 1 against the probe 12 is vibrated in the thickness direction of the structural members 1, 1 by the projections and depressions on the peripheral face of the self-axial rotating supporting roller 3. Thereby, the abutting part is sequentially softened by abrasion heat against the probe 12 and agitated, so as to integrally joint both constituting members. Simultaneously, non-slip projections and depressions 6 are continuously formed at the joint part of the both constituting members 1, 1.
