PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a safety by eliminating the possibility that a drive device is driven against the intention of a worker. SOLUTION: This control device is formed so that operation identification means 6a to 6c detecting that operation input parts 4a1 to 4c1 are operated and outputting operation identification signals are provided on operation means 4a to 4c. The operation identification signals from the operation identification means are input into a controller 5. The controller 5 is formed so that drive control signals are output according to the operation signals only when both the operation signals from the operation signal output part of the operation means and the operation identification signals from the operation identification means are input.
