PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rotary delivering type composite writing utensil, in which a writing body is smoothly made to be centripetal to the tip hole of a fore barrel when the writing body is projected from a barrel, the resistance against the rotation between the fore barrel and a rear barrel is small and the rubbing noise of the writing body against the tip hole of the fore barrel can be suppressed. SOLUTION: This rotary delivering type composite writing utensil consists of a fore barrel and a rear barrel, both of which are rotatable relatively.
