PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a through part, to obviate a seal structure, to surely prevent leakage of a microwave, leakage of gas in vessels and the inflow of outside air, and to obviate a separate driving means by arranging a tip opening part of a gas inflow pipe so as to impart torque to agitating blades of a rotary body. SOLUTION: A gas inflow pipe 8 is horizontally arranged so as to turn in the tangent direction of a rotary body 22, and a tip opening part is opened so as to blow out gas in a rotary locus of respective agitating blades 24. In a drying process, a microwave irradiating means 17 is put in an actuating state to irradiate a microwave in a sterilizing tank 1 from an irradiating port 21. The rotary body 22 rotates by receiving clean air flowing in from the tip opening part of the gas inflow pipe 8 to reflect and agitate the microwave from the irradiating port 21 by the respective agitating blades 24. The microwave is almost uniformly irradiated in the sterilizing tank 1 to promote evaporation of a waterdrop sticking to respective housing vessel 29 and a sterilizing object in these. Pressure in the sterilizing tank 1 returns to atmospheric pressure, and when the drying process finishes, a door 3 is opened to take out the respective housing vessels 29. |
