PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce more irregular random numbers fro not producing a winning time period with a fixed length. SOLUTION: This device provides a first bit line producing means 11 for producing n bit line x renewing a bit value at a fixed time period, a second bit line producing means 12 for producing n bit line y renewing the bit value every time the bit line x of the first bit line producing means 11 makes one round, a bit arrangement replacing means 13 for producing n bit line y' by replacing a bit arrangement order of the n bit line y, a bit line sampling means 14 for sampling the n bit line x and the n bit line y' at a time for inputting a timing signal from a game machine, and a random number producing means 15 for producing a random number z by calculating the random number z=a×x+b×y' (mod 2n) by using the n bit line x, the n bit line y', coefficients a, b, (the a, b are natural numbers and at least either of them is an odd number). |
