PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED array apparatus and an image-forming apparatus which can prevent generation of electrostatic break-down while avoiding a cost increase in a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the LED array apparatus, a plurality of SLED array semiconductor chips 110 each comprised of a plurality of LED light-emitting elements are formed on a substrate, thereby emitting light by a predetermined driving signal and a predetermined light emission pattern. The apparatus is provided with a mold member 115 for isolating and protecting the SLED array semiconductor chips 110 from outside the apparatus, and an electrode part 114 whcih is coupled with the mold member 115 with keeping an air gap and is not grounded. |
