PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead out a lead wire at various lead-out angles without preparing a plurality of kinds of lead-our parts at different angles with a rotation regulation part. SOLUTION: This rotary device comprises a lead wire 3; a rotary part to perform rotation around an axis by charging the lead wire 3 with electricity; a cover 11 surrounding the rotary part along a rotation direction and provided with a lead-out part 11c to lead out the lead wire 3 in a radiation direction based on the axial direction of the rotary part; and a rotation regulation part 1c to regulate rotation of the lead wire 3. The cover 11 is provided in an outer direction with lock parts to lock the lead wire such that the lead wire 3 is led around along a rotation direction and led out in a radiation direction.
