The collapsible, rollable underframe for an additional bed for a studio couch comprises a frame with long sides and gables, under which a U-shaped leg pair is rotatably fixed by a hinge body. Flat U-shaped guide stirrups (6) extend hypotenuse-fashion between each end area of the hinge body and the adjacent legs (4b). The guide stirrups control the body (7a) of a U-shaped lock stirrup, the legs (7b) are guided in the insides of the frame longitudinal sides. The raised furniture position is achieved by the lock stirrup body being in the lower part of the space enclosed by the guide stirrups and the collapsed furniture position by the lock stirrup body being pushed to the upper part of the space. Between the legs a traverse (10) extends, supporting rollers (11). The rollers are at the free ends of pivot arms (13), the other ends of which are pivotably fixed to the traverse and lockable in different pivot positions.
