PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress the missing of a main body and the increase in a production cost without requiring a laborious exchange of the main body, to improve operability without the possibility of an erroneous operation and to attain an improvement in safety in conjunction with an improvement in reliability and reliability. SOLUTION: Each attachment 2 is provided with an identification member 22A for identifying whether a motor driven type in a cleaning part, such as a brush 21A disposed at the attachment 2 is operated by an electric motor or a non-motor driven type in which the brush is not operated by the electric motor. A main body 1 is provided with a single operator side switch 12. The device is provided with an identifying means 11 for identifying the identification member 22A in a position diametrically opposite to the identification member 22A when the attachment 2 is coupled to a main body 1. The device is so constituted that the main body 1 side and the attachment 2A side are mechanically coupled and that a driving source is activated by the operation of an operator switch 12 to operate the cleaning part 21A of the motor driven type attachment 2A only when the motor driven type attachment 2A is mounted to the main body.
