PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat.turbulater for a heat exchanging tube which can be produced economically at a high productivity. SOLUTION: A heat exchanging tube 12 which contains, the base, an opposing top part being separated from the base, a first side part being intervened between the base and the top part along one side thereof, and a second side part being intervened between the base and the top along other side thereof. The base, the top, the first side part and the second side part form a channel. The second side part is hemming processed in triplicate so that the base and an end part of the top are arranged within the channel. A flat.turbulater 54 is arranged inside of the tube 12 and includes the base 56 which are extending in a horizontal direction and lengthwise as stripes. The flat.turbulater 54 also includes plural wave shape parts 58 which are separately arranged vertically along the base and are alternately extending in lengthwise and almost vertical against the base. The wave shape parts 58 are roll formed in a parallel direction to a lengthwise axis of the stripe. |
