PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively perform air-conditioning of a cabin by scavenging condensed water generated with the operation of an air conditioner during running of an automobile, utilizing the condensed water to humidify the air in the cabin during stop of the automobile, and pre-cooling the outside air at the time of evaporative cooling. SOLUTION: Condensed water generated with the operation of an air conditioner during running of an automobile is scavenged, and the condensed water is utilized to humidify the supply air or discharged air to a cabin during stop of the automobile, and cool the same by evaporative cooling. At the time of evaporative cooling, by the cooled discharged air, introduced outside air is pre-cooled through a heat exchanger. Thus, air conditioning in the cabin is performed simply and inexpensively. For example, the supply air (e.g. the temperature is 30 deg.C and the relative humidity is 40%) sucked in the cabin is humidified by a humidifying unit 1 to generate humidified air (e.g. the temperature is 21 deg.C and the relative humidity is 90%). Thus, the inside air (e.g. the temperature is 28 deg.C and the relative humidity is 58%) in a cockpit 2 is air-conditioned. |
