PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature drop in a bathroom and to eliminate a sense of discomfort due to contact of a wind to a body by incorporating a function for continuing an operation with a drive mode as a weak drive without stopping the operation. SOLUTION: In the case of judging a heating mode (S11), a driving time set to a setter is set to a timer (S13), and whether a set time of the timer is elapsed or not is checked. If the set time is not elapsed, it is transferred (S15), and a normal heating operation is executed. If the set time is elapsed, it is transferred (S16), the drive mode is switched to a weak drive, and the heating operation is continued. Even in the case of elapsing the set drive time, heating is not stopped, but an air flow rate of a circulating fan is merely decelerated. Whether stopping set of the operation is conducted or not is checked (S17), and stop setting is manually executed by a person. If the stop setting is not conducted, it is again returned to setting (S14), and the operation after lapse judging by the setting time of the return timer is repeated.
