PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connecting work of a piping and piping joint and the like and connection releasing work, and prevent reduction of a design without leaking water by fixing a side for connecting a piping of a sheath pipe and a piping joint and the like to each other from a rear side using a fixing means capable of sliding the sheath pipe in an axial direction. SOLUTION: In a header panel 1, sheath pipe inserting materials 41 as heath fixing means having the same number as a plurality of branch ports 21 are attached to positions opposed to a plurality of branch ports 21 of a header 2 fixed by a header fixing band 11 and a header fixing screw 12. Each sheath pipe 3 is inserted into the sheath pipe inserting material 41, and a sheath pipe slipping-off preventing material 51 as a sheath pipe slipping-off preventing means 5 is attached to a pipe end of the header 2 side of the sheath pipe 3 so as to prevent the sheath pipe 3 from carelessly slipping off from the sheath pipe inserting material 41. The sheath pipe inserting material 41 is formed in a nearly cylindrical shape, and whose inner diameter is nearly larger than an outer diameter of the sheath pipe 3, inner diameters of both ends of the axial direction are gradually enlarged, and thereby, the sheath pipe 3 is smoothly inserted and slid.
