PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply reduce scattering of a force acting on a plunger by excitation of the coil by holding a core solenoid in a case without inclination. SOLUTION: This method is to connect a hollow core solenoid 12 held in a cylindrical case 4 of a solenoid portion 2 on a side of a sleeve 31 in a pressure-fit condition, and a spool 32 through a shaft 24 inserted through a hollow portion of the core solenoid 12. By excitation the coil 17, a plunger 20 moving along the same axis the core solenoid 12 is accommodated, and a caulking piece 9 of the case 4 is folded along a taper portion 16, thereby causing the core solenoid 12 to be fixed at a holding position.
