PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ratchet fitting capable of being fixed at a required opening angle while rotating a rotation fitting to an open direction, and being used as a support mechanism for rocking eaves of a store or a rocking foot rest of a passenger seat in an airplane and the like. SOLUTION: A ratchet 22 of a rotating fitting 20 is pivotally supported by a housing 12 of a fixed fitting 10 so as to freely rotate. By engagement between a claw piece 30 pivotally supported by the housing 12 and a ratchet tooth 23, the rotating fitting 20 is prevented from rotating to a close direction. At a position where a recess portion 31 of a cam plate 30 pivotally supported by the housing 12 corresponds to a claw piece 40, the engagement of the claw piece 40 is accepted, and at a position where a guide portion 32 corresponds to the claw piece 40, the engagement is limited. With the rotation of the rotating fitting 20 to an open direction, the claw piece 30 is successively engaged with the corresponding ratchet tooth 23. When the rotating fitting 20 rotates in the open direction until a predetermined open position, the cam plate 30 is rotated to a position where the guide portion 32 corresponds to the claw piece 40, and the rotation of the rotating fitting 20 to the close direction is accepted.
