PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the drying processing without occurrence of malodor by composing a drying furnace of a twin screw extruder and a vacuum drying equipment in the device for drying waste paint in the drying furnace, subjecting the waste paint after the drying to the finely powdering treatment and separating the waste paint by density. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a rotating dehydrator 100 which makes the waste paint a cake-like layer having proper thickness by using centrifugal force of the screws, the cake-like waste paint obtained therein is introduced into a primary drying furnace 110 which is incorporated with the twin screw extruder, is dried therein and, at the same time, is further dried by using a secondary drying furnace 120 by a vacuum dryer. The waste paint after the drying is crushed by a primary crusher 130, at the same time, is further crushed to fine powders by a secondary crusher 140 and, thereafter, the finely powdered waste paint is separated by the density by a separator 150. During these processes, dusts, vapor and gas generated on the respective treatment parts are collected and treated by a primary and a secondary dust collectors 190, 180.
