Novel compounds of the formula I (see formula I) in which R1 is C13-C30alkyl, R2 is hydrogen, C1-C10alkyl, C5-C12cycloalkyl, C5-C7cycloalkyl which is substituted by C1-C4alkyl, or is phenyl or C7C12phenylalkyl, R3 is hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl and Z is phenyl, phenyl which is substituted by C1C8alkyl, C1-C4alkoxy or chlorine, a group (see formula I) in which n is 1 or 2 or a group (see formula I) in which the radicals A independently of one another are C1-C8alkyl, methoxy or ethoxy, are suitable for stabilizing organic material against oxidative, thermal and actinic degradation.
