PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period by molding a long concrete rod-type member having a square cross section, forming through holes in the rod-type member, attaching fixtures to the same, and stacking the rod-type members on top of each other in multiple stages to form a form. SOLUTION: Form members 10 each formed of a long concrete rod-type member having a square cross section are molded so as to be stacked on top of each other in multiple stages, and the dimension of the form member 10 is determined to a specific size, to thereby obtain a standardized member. Two through holes 11 penetrating in a height direction are formed in the form member 10, and when the form members 10 are stacked in multiple stages, rods are inserted into the holes 11, to position the vertically stacked members. Then, the members are bolted and tightly connected together by the rods penetrated through the holes 11. Further, fixtures 12 are attached to a side surface of each form member 10, to thereby tightly connect the members 10 together, which are placed on one side. Then, the form members 10 are rigidly stacked on top of each other to a predetermined height, and a joint material is injected, followed by placing concrete. Therefore, concrete structure which is easily constructed in a short construction period can be obtained.
