PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic visual acuity examining device capable of easily recognizing an examining result even from a remote place. SOLUTION: This automatic visual acuity examining device provided with an visual acuity measurement means for successively changing a optotype to be presented corresponding to an examining program and automatically judging visual acuity based on the response of an examinee to the presented optotype is provided with a light emitting means visibly provided on the outside of a device case body for emitting the light of at least two different colors and a control means for changing a color light emission state by the light emitting means based on visual acuity result obtained by the visual acuity measurement means.
