PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crosslinkable acrylic rubber composition excellent in scorch stability by compounding an acrylic rubber, a polyfunctional amine compound, a guanidine compound, and a salt formed from a group 3B element, a diol compound and a guanidine compound. SOLUTION: An acrylic rubber (A) comprises 62-99.5 wt.% of an acrylate unit and 0.5-8 wt.% of a butenedionic acid monoester unit, and has a Mooney viscosity of 10-70. As a polyfunctional amine compound (B), is employed 4,4'- methylenedianiline or the like. As a guanidine compound (C), is employed diphenylguanidine or the like. As a group 3B element, a diol compound and a guanidine compound to form a salt (D), are employed boron or the like, ethylene glycol or the like and diphenylguanidine or the like, respectively. The components B, C and D are compounded in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.wt., 0.1-1 pt.wt. and 0.5-10 pts.wt., respectively, each based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
