PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of turbine equipment and to miniaturize an exhaust processing system. SOLUTION: In a closed cycle turbine device 4, a compressor 1, a combustor 2, and a turbine 3 are provided and an exhaust of the turbine 3 is introduced to the compressor 1. An exhaust of the turbine 3 is expanded and condensed by a low-pressure turbine 13, and steam is generated from the condensation, expanded by a steam turbine and is put in the combustor 2 side and the turbine 3 side. By extracting a fluid correponding to a fuel (f) and oxygen put in the combustor 2 from a low-pressure turbine 13 to discharge water and CO2, efficiency of turbine equipment is improved, and a size of an exhaust processing system can be reduced.
