PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve dripping quickly and satisfactorily and to improve the external appearance of a drip basket by mounting a concurrent cover/weight on the garbage in the drip basket. SOLUTION: A concurrent cover/weight 3 with a handhold 4 is mounted with no gap in a corner drip basket or a drip basket provided on a sink drain port. More salinity and moisture causing the occurrence of dioxin can be dripped quickly by mounting the weight 3 in the drip basket. Since the cover is mounted, garbage is invisible directly, and the external appearance is improved.
