摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple structure of an energy generating mechanism relative to an efficient heat engine by effectively using thermal energy potentially included in refuse and decreasing the generation of residue. SOLUTION: In a recycle system, a rotary kiln 17 is charged with refuse 13 through a screw 14 to heat, dry and decompose the refuse and obtain tar. The tar is supplied to an autoclave 26 through a filter 32 and a screw 14, and heated at high temperature in the autoclave 26. The gas turbine of a heat engine 29 is operated and the energy of the heated tar is used by a power generator 30. Excess heat is reheated by a cake incinerating tank 24 to be used for the operation of the rotary kiln. The tar component of the rotary kiln 17 is effectively used as the aggregate of construction materials. Thus, the complete recycle of the potential energy of the refuse is achieved and the refuse is effectively reused for the aggregate of the construction materials to completely reduce its volume. Accordingly, the use of heat energy and saving of resources can be completely attained in a closed cycle in the system.
