PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to check whether a nozzle cap is located at an open position or at a closed position, and to always obtain a constant liquid jetting pattern. SOLUTION: A pair of first engaging projected streaks 30 are formed exisymmetrically on the rear inner wall of a enclosing cylinder part 14 in a nozzle fitting member 10, and a pair of second engaging projected streaks 31 are formed axisymmetrically on the outer surface of an inner cylinder 23 in a nozzle cap 20. In this constitution, when the nozzle cap 20 is rotated normally against the nozzle fitting member 10 so that first and second grooves 25, 26 communicate with each other, the side surfaces of the second engaging projecting streaks 31 in the normal rotation direction are brought into contact with the side surfaces of the first engaging projecting streaks 30 in the reverse rotation direction, and when the nozzle cap 20 is rotated in the reverse rotation direction, both the grooves are separated from each other so that the side surfaces of the second engaging projecting streaks 31 in the reverse rotation direction are brought into contact with the side surfaces of the first engaging projecting streaks 30 in the normal rotation direction.
