PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist the motion when a disabled user is seated or raised. SOLUTION: This seating device is provided with a leg body 1, a seating body 12B turnably fitted to this leg body and fitting parts 8 fitted to the seating body on both the sides in the width direction, arm rest bodies 9 with middle part turnably fitted to the fitting part, and interlocking members 17 connecting the rear end part of the seating body with the rear end parts of the arm rest bodies and turning the rear end parts of the arm rest bodies in the direction of ascent by turning forward the arm rest bodies making a fulcrum of the middle part thereof.
