PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject inexpensive implement easy to scoop animal excreta and easy to make as well. SOLUTION: This implement A is a plate form C made up of a bottom plate 3 provided with a sticking means for sticking on the inner side of a flexible bag and support plates 4, 5 provided on both left and right sides of the bottom plate 3; wherein the joints between the bottom plate 3 and the left and right support plates 4, 5 are provided with broken curves 1, respectively. Another version of the implement A is a strip-shaped plate C provided with a sticking means along one of the longitudinal sides so as to stick on the inner side of a flexible bag B and broken curves 1 are provided at positions dividing the longitudinal sides into nearly equal three part, respectively. A third version of the implement A is such that a plate form C is provided on the foldback opening 11 of a flexible bag B with an opening 9 folded back outside. Furthermore, a fourth version of the implement A is such that the above broken curves 1 are brought to nearly arc-shaped ones and the projections thereof are made to stand against each other.
