PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain for freshness of a channel beverage or a canned food and to facilitate handling by providing a plate with a smaller size than the inner diameter of a can holding a drying agent or a reducing agent and providing a grip for fixing on the lower part and a grip for taking out by gripping with a hand on the top part. SOLUTION: Shape of a plate (a) is fitted to a can and the size thereof is made smaller than the inner diameter of the can so as to take it out without being caught in the can. A grip (b) by which the flat plate a can be gripped is attached on the top face and it is pref. that the underside is made to be a flat force or a projection (c) is projected, and is pierced into coffee so as to be fixed. In addition, a drying agent or a reducing agent is held on the underside or the top face to keep the freshness. Oxidation is suppressed as the top part of the coffee face of regular coffee is pressed by the plate a and is obstructed to be brought into contact with oxygen to delay oxidation and in addition, oxygen generated by respiration of the coffee beans is consumed and is replaced with carbon dioxide. |
