<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a label edge part from biting in a circumferential wall of a container body so as not to generate cracks by welding a synthetic resin label as an insert to an outer circumferential surface of the container body formed of a synthetic resin blowmolded in a thin-walled structure, and chamfering an inner edge part at a circumferential end face of the label in advance. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin label 2 as an insert is assembled with an inner surface of a blow-molding die 3. A heating hole 3b for arranging a heating means 4 is opened inside a die 3 corresponding to an outer part of a circumferential edge of the label 2. The circumferential edge part of the label 2 is heated and softened by the heating means 4, and its inner edge part 2a is chamfered to form a chamfered part. Then, a container body 1 is blow-molded, and the label 2 is welded to an outer circumferential surface of a thin-walled circumferential wall 1a. The inner edge part 2a of the label 2 is formed on chamfered part in advance, and the biting of the inner edge part 2a in the circumferential wall 1a can be eliminated. Thus, generation of cracks in the circumferential wall 1a can be prevented.</p> |
