PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the case interior occupying space of a valve unit in an automatic washing device and to facilitate piping of a feed water pipe inside a case in a urinal with the automatic washing device enclosed in the case on the upper side of a urinal body. SOLUTION: This urinal with an automatic washing device 22 is constituted by enclosing the automatic washing device 22 having a human body sensor, a valve unit 28 including a solenoid valve 42, and a control part, inside a case 23 on the upper side of a urinal body 10. The valve unit 28 is obliquely disposed inside the case 23 so that a water inflow port 31 on one axial end side of the valve unit 28 is positioned frontward from the longitudinal center position of the case 23.
