PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwear for a wheelchair user when going out in the rain, capable of easily putting on and taking off, helping someone to put on or take off it while the user sits down on the wheelchair, and also being kept neat in dressing, and having both waterproofness and good appearance. SOLUTION: This rainwear for a wheelchair user is such one as to be made so that a front part 1 of this rainwear covers user's feet and legs both, front part 1 is sewn with a back 2 at respective side parts, the bottoms of the front part 1 and the back part 2 are formed into an opening, and an elastic material is inserted into or sewn on the periphery of the opening.
