PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane (meth)acrylate resin-based photocurable resin composition having improved adhesivity to a woody substrate such as plywood, etc., even in use of exposure to light rays such as sunshine, etc., excellent luster and crack resistance. SOLUTION: This photocurable resin composition comprises a urethane (meth) acrylate resin containing a (meth)acryloyl group and an isocyanate group at the end obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate compound containing two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule with a polyester polyol, a tri- or polyhydric alcohol and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate.
