PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently stabilize the seal performance for a long time while improving the durability of a seal in relation to a load in the compressing direction. SOLUTION: This crawler belt seal device is formed of an annular seal 22 having a nearly H-shaped cross section and formed of annular side piece parts 22A, 22B brought in contact with an end surface of an outside link and an end surface of a bush and an annular intermediate connecting part 22C connected to the side piece parts 22A, 22B and for bringing these side piece parts 22A, 22B in pressure-contact with the end surface of the outside link and the end surface of the bush.
