PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control clogging of an opening with paste even in repeated printing by making the plane shape of the opening to which the paste is to be supplied circular or elliptic, in a printing pattern forming material for the screen process printing of a prescribed shape using the paste. SOLUTION: In a printing pattern forming material 1, a conductive paste is supplied from the side of a one way main surface 1a, the paste is packed in openings 2,... whose plane shape is circular and an opening 3 located below. In printing, the paste packed in the openings 2,..., 3 is pressed to a printing medium, and the paste is applied on the medium for screen process printing. Since the plane shape of the openings 2,... is circular, even in repeated printing, the retention of the paste in the openings 2,... and the clogging of the openings 2,... can be controlled so that precision printing is possible without generating unclear printing.
