PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a medicinal liquid into contact with the entire part of an object, to assure a necessary reaction time and to enhance a washing effect by impulsively and intermittently supplying the medicinal liquid to a membrane permeated liquid flow passage of the device and repeating the static state and fluid state of the medicinal liquid in a filter membrane when the filter membrane of an immersion type membrane separator is washed the medicinal liquid. SOLUTION: Respective valves 14 to 16 are respectively opened and a back washing pump 12 is driven to supply the treated water in a treated water tank 7 via a back washing pipe 13 to the membrane separator 4 immersed in a reaction chamber 2 filled with raw water 1 at the time of washing of the membrane separator 4. Also, only the valve 15 is opened and a medicine filling pump 19 is driven to supply the medicinal liquid in a medicinal liquid tank 20 to an accumulator at the time of medicinal liquid washing. The valve 15 is then closed and only the valve 16 is intermittently opened and closed to impulsively and intermittently supply the medicinal liquid in the accumulator to the membrane separator 4, by which the static state and fluid state of the medicinal liquid are repeated in the filter membrane. As a result, the back washing effect of the membrane separator 4 by the medicinal liquid is improved.
